Here is a webm video file of bubbling lava. In Foundry, you can add this as a tile. For a more realistic effect, rotate additional copies of the video.
The effect is transparent, so you can drop it right on to your own battle maps! The gif above is shown with the effect on top of a lava field I threw together to demo the effect.
